FAQ about Collages Unlimited
How long does it take for me to receive my collage?
From the time that we receive your pictures you should receive a e-mail with a rough
draft to approve in about a week. From that time depending on the
shipping of the printer you should receive your final print within a week.
Does Collages Unlimited do any photo touch ups?
Yes, We will do minor touch ups on photos and red eye removal on most photos
although there is no guarantee that we can accomplish the touch up until we see the photo.
Can I make reprints of my Collage?
Yes, after the Collage is finished we will provide you with a file
for reprints.
Can I add a special poem, title, or phrase to my collage?
Yes, let us know what the poem, title, or phrase in the additional comments
section of the questionnaire.
How should I scan my pictures or send them to you?
Digital Images- You will be given a e mail address when processing your
questionnaire to e mail Digital Images with the subject line of Your name and Collage.
If you are Scanning Pictures we suggest that you scan using 200-300 DPI.
Also the larger the photo that you send the better the end result of your collage will be.
If you need images scanned we can do this for you e mail us and we will
provide you with a physical address (your photos will be returned to you with your finished collage.)
Collages Unlimited can not be held responsible for lost prints via postal system.
What type of printing is my collage done on?
Because we want your Collage to look its very best we send it out to a
National Printer to be printed on High Quality Photo Paper.
Can I check the status of my collage on line?
During the questionnaire process we will ask you for a user name and password
that will be used to check the status of your collage and also to view your rough draft, and
download your final product for reprints.
